Lumonite products are widely available from well-equipped stores around Northern Europe. The products can be also purchased all around the world straight from our online store. We are in the early phase building our retailer network around the world and constantly looking for new partners.

Support

Lumonite offers a 60-month limited warranty*, covering material and manufacturing defects. If the lamp fails under normal use during the warranty, please contact the place of purchase for further instructions. If the lamp is used improperly, or it is serviced by anyone other than Lumonite® or its authorized representative, the warranty will be void.

Lumonite also services its products after the warranty has expired, free of charge, if maintenance is possible. In this case, the customer, however must pay for the shipping and components. Important: all batteries lose capacity over time. A 60-month warranty does not cover normal wear of the battery, because how it is used significantly affects battery life.

*Lamps 60 months, Chargers 24 months, Batteries and accessories 12 months. Lamps launched earlier than 2017 November may have 24 month warranty.
